Please see Instructions for Authors in the sidebar menu to the left.

See Key Dates for all deadlines.

Presenting and registering

There is a reduced registration rate if you are presenting. A few bursaries for EVA London registration fees will again be available if you don't have access to grants. This will be announced in the late spring. Bursaries would cover the registration fees only; we cannot offer assistance with travel or accommodation costs.

We regret that EVA cannot supply letters of invitation or support.

Please see Contacts if you have any questions.

Sponsorship and marketing

There are attractive opportunities for organisations to support an aspect of the conference such as the publication or a reception or bursaries for delegates, or to market services or products. For details please see Register > Marketing opportunities to the left.

Please contact groups@hq.bcs.org.uk if you are interested in marketing.

And finally, whether or not you present, we look forward very much to meeting you at EVA London.
